栃木レザーの革を買うので、赤タグを付けて欲しい

I will buy Tochigi leather, so I want you to attach a red tag.

 Ａ．赤タグは、栃木レザーから革を買った証明書ではありませんので、

 弊社では「革１枚に対して赤タグ１枚を付ける」というような販売は致しておりません。

The red tag is not a proof that you bought leather from Tochigi leather, so we do not sell such things as "attach one red tag to one piece of leather".

栃木レザー社の革を買う(買ったことがある)のに赤タグがすぐに手に入らないのはなぜ？

Why can't I get the red tag right away when I buy (have bought) leather from Tochigi Leather Co., Ltd.?

Ａ．以前、弊社よりお譲りした赤タグを乱用された経緯がありました為、

栃木レザー社へのご迷惑がかからないよう、一時は弊社からの赤タグ提供を完全停止しておりました。

しかしながら、赤タグ使用に関するお問い合わせは増加の一途をたどり、栃木レザー社と弊社との間で赤タグの扱い方についての熟慮を重ねた上で赤タグの提供を再開するに至っております。 

責任ある取り扱いをするため細かい条件を設け、管理させて頂いております。

Previously, we had a history of abuse of the red tag that we handed over, so we temporarily stopped providing red tags so as not to cause any inconvenience to Tochigi Leather Co., Ltd.

However, the number of inquiries regarding the use of red tags has been steadily increasing, and we have resumed the provision of red tags after careful consideration of how to handle red tags between Tochigi Leather Co., Ltd. and our company.

We have set detailed conditions and manage it for responsible handling.
